“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

I work one-on-one with clients using an integral coaching approach.
My Coaching Approach
An integral approach to coaching invites you to engage your whole self (mind, heart, and body) to navigate transition with intention and discernment. Meeting you where you are today, we’ll work together to chart a path towards the next chapter you want to create in your professional and/or personal life.
My coaching approach is designed to guide you in this process by focusing on the areas below as they become most relevant throughout our work together.
I partner with you to …
Articulate your vision
Together we clarify aspirations to gain crystal clarity on the ‘what and why’ behind what you want to achieve and cultivate in transition.
Deepen connection to your truth and innate wisdom
I’ll invite you into a tailored, holistic process of self-discovery designed to access what’s really true for (all parts of) you, leveraging this wisdom as the compass with which to navigate change with greater intentionality, direction, courage and resilience.
Navigate internal and external forces
We discover and engage with what’s holding you back and with what’s propelling you forward in your internal and external experiences. You will begin to discern which narratives, mindsets and assumptions are no longer serving you in order to create more space for those that do.
Embrace possibilities
I’ll invite you to experiment with practices that expand your sense of possibility and potential as transition unfolds in your personal or professional experience. As you discover what works for you, our work then supports you to more fully embody the ways of being that empower you to generate the outcomes you desire.
Bridge vision with action
I partner with you to sense into and name tangible next steps, supporting you to experiment your way forward. I help you clarify your accountability plan so that intent and commitment transform into action and progress towards your goals.
As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) crendentialed coach, my practice and approach adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics which describes the core values of the ICF, as well as the ethical principles and ethical standards of behavior for all ICF professionals.
